This beautiful and gracious property has large proportioned rooms and beautiful tiled and wooden floors, with plenty of character features and stunning views out across the City and harbour from the upstairs bedrooms.
This 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has everything you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Dunedin, including linen, towels and a fully appointed kitchen and outdoor bbq, perfect for cooking and entertaining . It also has a 3 person rejuvenate spa pool in the back courtyard, perfect for unwinding at the end of a day, and rambling terraced gardens, providing views out across the city.

Summary: A perfect location for exploring Dunedin. The house was huge with tons of character. For 2 couples we were able to spread out and have our own space. The bedrooms were massive and exhibiting the classical decor of the home. We were brave enough to back into the very steep driveway and gain access through the backyard.
